A DVD EP, you ask? Yes, that's what this appears to be. It contains the three tracks Deep Purple did for the German Bremen-based Beat Club TV-show in the early years of Mark 2's career.

The good side of course, is that the DVD couples the three tracks together, thus rendering obsolete your old video tapes of grainy straight-off-TV ninth-generation recordings of these tracks. The bad side? Three tracks is a bit short for a medium such as the DVD, and as Garry Smith reveals, the promised extras do more to detract from the overall impression than add to it.
