As I'm speaking, "Speed King" is thunderin thru my ears! It is just amazing how good and wonderful the sound is and especially the performances of the band. I believe that since Blackmore left the band, Deep Purple has found a new energy. They've never been so good on stage... probably since the "Made In Japan" album. It is a good price for 12 CDs and as a fan you just can't miss this. I was just hoping that they would have played some new tracks from the forthcoming album. And we all hope it will come out soon - it's been a long time now that the band has been on tour. A band on stage - at their best Philippe Joseph - Born in 1970, Deep Purple fan since 1975! |
