Nailed it
Ian Paice’s Drumtribe resumes (hopefully) regular programming after a touring break with a studio drum cam of Après Vous off Now What?!
If anything, this made me even more appreciate Steve’s and Don’s rhythm work during the verses, usually masked away by the vocal line.
One of the best songs on Now What?!
November 9th, 2022 at 19:55They actually opened some the shows with this song.
Adventures days.
Peace ✌️
The bass part is awesome, as well. RIP Roger’s old friend Dan McCafferty
November 10th, 2022 at 01:56I think DP should stop doing new albums because they lack of creativity, especially Gillan & Glover’s vocals. Sounds like it’s the same song all over and over again. The worse is the last cover album, Turning To Crime. Only covers.
November 10th, 2022 at 03:15Steve excellent guitar writing
November 10th, 2022 at 04:08from the first time I heard it I always thought that this should have been an instrumental.
November 10th, 2022 at 05:08Steve and Don did an amazing job on this one!!!
So tight and dinamic!!
That Little Ian is able to drum like that with the click track running puts him into a very elite league of drummers. He is very musicianly in everything he does. I love the way he grooves along during the quieter part from 04:35 onwards. Glover’s bass playing is ace there too.

November 10th, 2022 at 11:01Can you ever tell an artist to stop painting.
Your argument is not valid.
BTW I will never retire from doing the things I love in life so should not you.
Peace ✌️
McNine @2: Roger’s lovely bass playing on this track here is an apt good-bye to Dan …

Great singer and character.
November 10th, 2022 at 13:32@ 5- indeed & it does sound better as an instrumental to my ears. I get tired of all vocal songs as well, from any artist. Break the album up a little with a few instrumentals. Diversity is the key & less can be more. Cheers.
November 11th, 2022 at 00:52@7 Yo, +1 here !
November 11th, 2022 at 02:53That was cool. This was my favorite song from the album and really wanted to hear it live in the last few tours, but alas, it wasn’t on the set list in my city. The sound of Ian’s snare is incredible and listening to this backing track you can hear the rhythm work better than with the vocals. The basline during the solo section is interesting as well as hypnotic. Just a good song all around,
