A genius. Prodigy is not high enough.
This makes me forget the disastrous saxon cover of SK.
I am sure mr Ian Paice will be very pleased with that.
Incredible and what is more incredible is that the boy is having a lot of fun, smiles and pleasure with this classic piece of music.
Wonderful Yoyoka. Good to see youngster playing and loving DP music.
Long live DP family and Yoyoka is definitely part of it…
Cheers.
@1 Elprupdeep, Yoyoka is not a boy… She’s a girl. ๐ ๐๐๐ ๐๐คฃ
And I reckon she’s about as good on the drums as Ian Paice.
Yoyoka is a natural, her talent is innate, she was born with it. ๐ฅ
Have a look at this youtube video:
It made me very glad to see the youngster doing Speed King here. Natural talent, and a lot of effort. I hope he won’t give up drumming. What a future ahead! Congratulations Yoyoka! Paicey will love the way you do it. We all love you.
Blackwood, Uwe anยดother purple fans anยด history dp typist. You SURELY know from where the copyist and epigons and dollplayers come from in the the times of social media connections? From the FREEDOM of intercommuniations… and i appreciate it… but the base bottom is… I can learn it, I can practise it, I can teach it, I can play it, but THE MAIN IDEA is what counts.
This days every talented guy/girl can… after summoning it and downfeeling it… play like rb or ip, but the ancient, legendary idea is what is counting.
They wrote these stuffs… decades before… are you trying to compose something like that? Ooh, no way!
So, I look at these prodigies (aka Sina etc.) with a interest and somekind of wonder… cause its about my favourite band… but nothing more.
@10 Coverdian, not entirely sure what you are griping about. So let me put this to you… Pretty much all musicians start out somewhere, & they learn how to play.
Generally they cover music that is popular that they like. That’s usually how they become better at what they do. That’s how IP, RB & etc started out… Same thing for Yoyoka, Sina & others…. Eventually they’ll start to create their own style & musical pieces.
Nobody here has said anything negative about Yoyoka, in fact all we offer her is praise & encouragement for her efforts. We love DP & we love Yoyoka’s spirited performance of Speed King & other songs.
This certainly takes nothing away from any member of DP. They are the creators of this musical piece… Even IP has expressed appreciation of Yoyoka doing her covers his work.
Hey, don’t let the sound of your own wheels drive you crazy!. Be happy!. ๐ฅณ ๐ ๐

January 27th, 2021 at 19:08Respect is the best learning tool.
So don’t forget to praise the master Mr Ian Piace.
She just fascinates me. Rewatchable for the footwork.
January 28th, 2021 at 01:24Great!
January 28th, 2021 at 04:39@Elprupdeep; Yoyoka is an eleven year old girl ๐
She was great at six, and has kept on working those drums to excellence.
January 28th, 2021 at 07:19@ Elprupdeep: It’s a girl ๐
Incredible playing!
January 28th, 2021 at 10:25She has been doing this for a few years now. Browsing her channel can become quite addictive I have to admit.
My apology Yoyoka.
Was just amazed and really up side down after the video…
I can see that Raja Rampe #3 made the same mistake ( he)…
But hey! U are a wonderful talented person Yoyoka, keep on rocking.
Cheers.
