All The Time In The World is Classic Rock’s Track Of The Week
Well, it’s not really a chart success, but what exactly are sales charts in this day and age?
The single from upcoming album Now what?! — All the Time in the World got to #1 place on Classic Rock Magazine’s Track Of The Week poll, which is voted by regular punters.
Well done, boys!
Thanks to Classic Rock for the info.
They by only forty votes won against new thin lizzy so it is not great succes.
April 10th, 2013 at 20:09Tomekk: Go home. Why is this noy a succes? I think this is great – and it’s a GREAT song. Not a new SOTHW og Child in Time or Burn, but still FIRST class song. I’m smiling 🙂
April 10th, 2013 at 20:37Mr Bo Do you really thing that hardly winning against third rate of lizzy affictionados is really such a big succes ? maybeCzy mozemy sie spotkac o 9:30? we make competition on highway star? I did not Said anything about the song quality. You can go home as well:)
April 10th, 2013 at 22:01All it takes is one more vote than the second place finisher to be a success…
April 10th, 2013 at 22:20The main thing to take in here is that ?ur?!e are getting some acknowledgement. Period! Every little bit helps and is much needed. The more the better.
CheerZ?!
April 11th, 2013 at 16:04Tomekk: Why is there always someone like you to be so negative? Regardless of being the Classic Rocks single of the week, All The Time In The World is a great little song.
I get a little tired of people always trying bring negativity into something that should be considered positive.
April 11th, 2013 at 16:06Always Glad to see Deep Purple top a list of something. But don’t really care for this song.
April 11th, 2013 at 17:49@ 3 He just gets tired of your negativism Tomekk… and so do I. 😉
April 11th, 2013 at 18:34I agree Tracy. Marketing campaigns are built on a lot of little successes that can create a buzz. If they can just book a gig on the Tonight Show or SNL in the states when they come here on tour (praying hard) this could create nice lil buzz and sell some CDs/downloads/concert tickets. I would love to see them have a Grateful Dead Touch of Gray Moment after the HOF snubb.
Stranger things have happened.

Are you the one that was once involved with the Polish Deep Purple fanclub?

April 11th, 2013 at 21:50“All The Time In The World” is a great song and deservingly won this (classic rock) poll.
April 11th, 2013 at 22:24Tomekk, come on man. Yeah its not #1 on Billboard but its still not bad in any shape or form. Infact, its a good sign. I think most Puirple fans look at the band and wonder why they get passed over so often by the industry. Led Zep’s status grows and grows while Purple is a distant third among the big three of the early 70s. I’d be thrilled to hear a purple song once a week or even once a month on the radio. I am looking forward to the Behind the Music Remastered show on VH1and a couple million people in the US being reminded purple exists is not a bad thing.
April 12th, 2013 at 08:20Congratulations to Purple and Ezrin, I think this album will be a commercial success!
April 12th, 2013 at 12:44#5 correct. Nothing better than hearing DP get radio royalties.
April 12th, 2013 at 17:02I will be so glad after all this bullshit is behind us.
Deliver that album and tour it this time!!!
April 12th, 2013 at 20:23I think this song is great, but it’s gotta have radio airplay!!! The song needs to be known to massive audiences, and that’s management task. Play it on rock stations all over the world!!! Go back to the charts!!!
April 13th, 2013 at 00:44@15…..
YES!!!!!

April 13th, 2013 at 02:49Nothing negative on Purple, but here Classic Rock comes again, with all the slime in the world!
Did I just see a positive from Priest? Jesting or I can’t believe my eyes. If so I might have to disregard one of my last posts, but in that thread it was the same old biotching! If that was honest, it seemed to come from nowhere.
April 14th, 2013 at 10:20Upon first examination, an adult contemporary-sounding song like “All the Time in the World” would seem an odd choice to be the the Track of the Week for a periodical like Classic Rock. However, there is another way to look at it. This is a band that defined “classic rock,” and they continue to produce music.
Second, take a look at what else is out there…
I say kudos to the Purple camp. When was the last time they got this much publicity over a new album?
April 14th, 2013 at 14:33Again, it’s all politics. But, as I have stated, GET IN THE GAME!! Good, bad, or mediocre publicity is GOOD PUBLICITY! Getting attention is the key. Want to step out of the ‘Classic Rock’ mold? Then put your NEW STUFF out there. Show it. Play it. Be Proud of it. PUSH IT. EXPOSE IT. PROMOTE IT!!

April 15th, 2013 at 03:18Thanks Tomekk, most of the comments are really given to you and your careless words about the song. (and chart list)
I like the song, very much, Thank ~You DEEP PURPLE! And we here know DP Rocks!! kisses!
June 25th, 2014 at 09:13Great stuff .I love it !
June 30th, 2014 at 22:11Listetend to ?! again last night.
April 8th, 2015 at 03:048/10.
No worries. Purple have all the time they need now.
