The Conductor

In July 2001, we ran a special feature in the Forums where fans were able to ask conductor Paul Mann about his experiences with Deep Purple leading up to the performance of The Concerto for Group and Orchestra at the Royal Albert Hall in September 1999, and the subsequent tours around the world.

Paul has now pulled together what he wrote on the forums, added more recollections, and we very proudly present Paul's own accounts of his time with Deep Purple.
