July 11th, 2010 at 15:26I was at this concert, and as the venue name suggests, it really is a hugh tent. deep purple to me have always been the best live band around anywhere and I have been to their prievious concerts here in Ireland but I have to say that the Cork performance was the best yet. Big Ians voice was the best I have heard it and he had no problems hitting the high notes. Little Ian and Roger were brilliant and Steve and Don were magnificent. If this band comes your way don’t miss them. And Purple don’t leave it so long to visit us again in Ireland. ITS YOUR MUSIC THAT KEEPS THESE IRISH EYES SMILING.
July 12th, 2010 at 18:13well, the irish know their music – so praise indeed!!!
July 12th, 2010 at 22:10I visit the Cork concert and I travelled from Sweden only fo this event. I think the band was better this evening comparing to the swedsh concert last year. Gillans voice are wonderful. I think he had some problem last year. Now it is time for some new album I think.
