88 inches of therapy wrapped around that Jaguar

The hairspray version of Whitesnake’s Here I Go Again re-entered the charts in the week of May 13, 2021. It went straight to #1 on Billboard Hot Hard Rock Songs chart with 2.5 million US streams (up 22%) and 1,000 downloads sold (up 178%). The renewed interest in the track is attributed to the death of Julie ‘Tawny’ Kitaen. The indomitable miss Kitaen was the star of the video, along with two Jaguars, and a some carefully coiffured dudes. She passed away at her home in Newport Beach, California, on May 7 at the age of 59.

Mr David Coverdale is such a class act. He heartfelt message about the death of his ex and his condolences to her kids just shows how time heals wounds. Everyone recalls the bed divorce and the money he coughed up for the settlement for such a short marriage. RIP Tawny no more suffering in heaven.
    Peace

That period in the 8o’s was all about David and Twany….what a great time in my life with the music and those videos of Twany. Still can picture on the car with those sexy legs.

So Claudia would have almost become Ms. Coverdale and they would have lived happily ever after? Another German marriage for Purple’s second Teutonophile?

It would have certainly been more taxing for DC telling 80ies Adrian Vandenberg and Claudia apart!

(For the uncertain: Claudia is in the first, Adrian in the second picture. Or the other way around.)
