February 26th, 2020 at 17:15Eh? Not according to link in your link above. Ends up at Amazon.de (Germany) and just says currently unavailable. 😢
February 26th, 2020 at 17:25Whoosh? That’s bananas.
February 26th, 2020 at 17:32Andra Purple Aribo Thompson forever away 😞
February 26th, 2020 at 17:32I’m gonna keep my expectations for the new album in check. All the advance promo for InFinite led to a fairly big let-down for me.I play the documentary more than the CD.
February 26th, 2020 at 17:46Hoping for better this time around, even though that title makes Bananas seem like a stroke of creative genius.
Andy Worthington heard April then May now what 😂😂
February 26th, 2020 at 17:512 CD?
February 26th, 2020 at 18:20Whoosh!
February 26th, 2020 at 18:27Vivement le 12 juin, puis le 30 juin à Paris !!! Merciiii Deep Purple !
February 26th, 2020 at 18:30Great title guys…….hope the music is just as good…..Whoosh!👍
February 26th, 2020 at 18:40On several shops the vinyl version is advertised as a double album. There’s also a limited edition on coloured vinyl exclusive to Nuclear Blast Mailorder. While the description tells it is on purple vinyl the link says “white vinyl”. So we’ll have to see.
February 26th, 2020 at 18:49https://www.nuclearblast.de/de/produkte/tontraeger/vinyl/2lp/deep-purple-whoosh-white-vinyl.html
The vinyl box set includes the album on gatefold double vinyl and a mediabook with CD and DVD. There are also three ten inch vinyl records with yet unreleased live recordings from 2017, artprints and a T-shirt. So it seems very similar to the box set for Infinite, which I really like.

Whoosh you were here…!😄
February 26th, 2020 at 20:13Mike Whitely, Infinite is easily Purples best album since PS…😎
February 26th, 2020 at 21:11My worst fears, and title, have come to life. Oh well, new Purple is new Purple. The music has got to better than the title.
Long live Purple.
February 26th, 2020 at 21:17Hope it’s good as Now What, Infinite was a let down. But why the DVD and not blu ray disc? Much better picture quality with the latter.
February 26th, 2020 at 22:05“They burned down the gambling house, it went “Whoosh” with an awful sound…..”
February 26th, 2020 at 22:23That title is horrible!!!
February 27th, 2020 at 00:04Sorry but the name of there potential last album should have been better than woosh
February 27th, 2020 at 00:16‘Time means nothing but time is all we ve got’ all we want is simple songs on the album as they are the ones that makes an impact.

February 27th, 2020 at 08:46I like the art of the cover.
February 27th, 2020 at 11:18Waiting to see if it will have a Japanese version with unreleased studio tracks.
Looks like the 2xCD is in fact CD+DVD like earlier ‘deluxe’ editions from Infinite and Now What!? from what I understand there’s just 7 songs like most albums in the 60’s and 70’s lol
February 27th, 2020 at 13:2413 songs, including “And The Address”!.
February 27th, 2020 at 14:04Deja vu?……..
Title “WHOOSH” is not important, important is that we are all very happy for a new album from the greatest hard rock band. Long live deep Purple and ……some more “WHOOSH”-es!!!
February 27th, 2020 at 14:21Looking forward to the new release by the mighty purps and to listening to it with an open mind, especially And the Address. It looks like the new album will have 13 songs:
Throw My Bones
February 27th, 2020 at 14:48Drop The Weapon
We’re All The Same In The Dark
Nothing At All
No Need To Shout
Step By Step
What the What
The Long Way Around
The Power of the Moon
Remission Possible
Man Alive
And the Address
Dancing In My Sleep
@22 Cover looks like the guy is suffering the same fate as the others did at the end of the Avengers: Infinity War.
“Whoosh”…Blackmore is rolling over in his grave at the title of that….oh wait…he’s still alive…and probably doesn’t care!!
February 27th, 2020 at 14:59There’s a song on the new album titled, And The Address.
February 27th, 2020 at 15:06Sounds familiar….

13. Dancing In My Sleep
The title “And The Adress” reminds me, of course, of the “Shades Of DP”-album.
As there is a 13th. song: I hope that this not means that “And The Adress” is the first and last Deep Purple Song.
Also Deep Purple is just a “Woosh!” in the history of mankind.
February 27th, 2020 at 15:08Well, at least it seem like the title is not on the cover.
I found this on “dictionary.cambridge.org”:
“With one powerful whoosh, a skilled sucker can defy the laws of gravity and make a token dance right up into his mouth.”
February 27th, 2020 at 15:21Bemusing artwork, it’s okay but the title is missing(?).
I noticed a song listed as ‘And the Address’. Is this a cover from their first album or an original? And again the typography is reminiscent of their first album.
“Whoosh, stars, rockets!”
February 27th, 2020 at 21:05@32
February 28th, 2020 at 18:21I like that the title is missing from the album cover, however, visually….we still see it.
Seriously….bitching about the title?? The Purps have never been mainstream or pandered to a PC culture! Why start now? @26 well said! I can’t wait to enjoy new Purple music?!
March 1st, 2020 at 10:31I think the title “Whoosh” was inspired by the opening noise of “Fireball” (before the
March 1st, 2020 at 21:32drums sets in) – in fact that was the air conditioning in the studio being switched on !
GOD bless Deep Purple and the music they are giving to us all!!!
