August 16th, 2014 at 11:11I d love to have a POSTER of the Hieronymus Bosch painting that was used for Deep Purple.
From the 1969 album , saying this for many people that disreagard that era and probably never tried to listen to those albums.
In 1996 they started with the Anniversary edition vinyl series.
I bought many of them but got screwed in my hope for having a great complete serie because they did not do for every album.
For example, one of my favourite MK 2 albums, Who Do We Think We Are did not get a nice Anniversayry tretment while Stormbringer sort of did. WTF?!
I think I have IN ROCK, FIREBALL, MH, MIJ.
I even doubt itf that double fold vinyl of Stormbringer and BURN were in the vein of the anniversary tretment. I might be wrong.
I do remember special reissues of them.
I got my fingers on a 100 years of EMI version of Shades and a 189grams Book Of talisyn.
But that was not an Anniversary treatment!
They never did anything with the 3rd album at all, as far as I know.
Such a chaotic approach to what might have been a great collection.
