Hopefully Don gets to shine in his own right and his solo efforts will get some more airplay.

I wish there was a live recording of his tour early this year.

One of the most enjoyable evenings in my gig career.

Come on DON. Come across as a Major Player in the Band. Please show that you are THE KEYBOARDIST in Deep Purple and not just a Session Player…..Do YOUR BAND justice and take hold. You have a new record yet to record. Make your presence KNOWN.

    Cheers.

Really liked his Light in The Sky-album, and yes, a live recording of the tour would be cool as I didn’t have a chance to be there myself…will catch him in december with DP though.
What a year it is/ has been for a DP-/Rainbow-fan here in Finland: Graham Bonnet, OTR, Dio, current Purple…won’t get much better than that, eh. Mr. Bonnet really delivered, and RJD(pity that Goldy isn’t with him this time) & DP Mk VIII should be great/good and worth the money…have my doubts about OTR but will give them a fair chance & it will be interesting to see/hear Jurgen in action.

Yeah, got carried away a bit, but no harm done, right.

    Hi sami

Where did you get carried away?

    By buying all those tickets?

It is a bit much in a short time.

I dont like overdoses, festivals etc

And I m fighting off flue like shit again…..

Hopefully I ll make it the 24th when I m gonna see Over The Rainbow

Still a pity I cant let Tony Carey sign some stuff now…….

Have a good time during the gigs, Sami

    Cheers, Mark

Tracy, you put it very well. Mr. Airey really needs to make his presence known more…it’s DP after all, not just another band/session.

Yeah, Mark, it’s a bit much but they’re not going to be

around forever, so got to get my fix before they all retire.

Just got a few more TC cd’s…I’m really starting to get

into his music: melodic, thoughtful & witty.

    Get well soon, Cheers
