The globe will be travelled by them, so anyone expecting this to fold before then is dreaming.

CG, I hope you are right.

I welcome TC and company to prove me wrong.
I welcome them to return to where JLT guested with ‘Scrap Metal’ in downtown Nashville at the Blackhorse Saloon, where they had a packed house.
I welcome an Original Album to make them a legitimate band instead of a cover band before they come here.
I welcome the invitation to join JLT on stage and belt out a tune together….
I welcome the invitation to join the band at the helm of the drum kit to bash out a tune together….

That’s where my pot of gold is…..’Somewhere Over the Rainbow…..’

    Hey TC….are you READING?????

    Cheers

I’d count on your wish coming true Tracy, not that Nashville will be in the equation, but as I said, this is looking global.

I’d visit Nashville in a hearbeat, it’s a rock and roll town imo, regardless of it’s location and asssociation to country music!
They have produced some shit hot bands, remember “Tora Tora” too bad they came in when their genre was going out…

Priest if he is still cleaning his shoes, then it must be due to the s..t that he stepped in…..’did it hurt?’

TC, nice to see you have time to Read the Deep Purple pages between ‘cover gigs’….

I don’t recall seeking a Backstage Pass. Actually the only request I have put forth, is being that I am in a Cover Band, and so are YOU, I thought it would be a nice gesture if you invited me up to join in on a tune if you guys make it this far out……I would do the same for YOU….

One Cover band member to another….he he he…

Now, regarding your ‘Cakehole’ remark.. Is that the way to treat somebody whom has purchased every single one of your ‘Original Albums’ (Solo, Rainbow and Planet P….CD and Vinyl)? Just because I have a beef with this particular OTR venture being a ‘Tribute Act for the Bucks’ doesn’t mean I don’t have faith in you guys as a Real Band. Read over my posts. If you wouldn’t fly off the handle at a little criticism, and take it to heart and digest where I am coming from, you would see that I am just trying to help you see that if you don’t do the Creative thing, there really isn’t anything to ‘Jump Over the Rainbow’ about. Put out an album and watch the views change……

The talent is there, USE IT!!!!!

    Cheers,

    ‘Buddy’

ps saw your comment on BN. an historic moment, I completely agree with you, and I also like the band and the whole scene.
I saw BN coming 35 years ago. He’s not kidding…

    can we agree on ‘bubba’?

    your pal,

    ps tracy –

so YOU’RE the guy that bought my records?
    thanks, man.

    TC:
Hey, somebody had to do it……otherwise it would have been a Lost Cause….hence the name of my band…..LOL.

My fave from ‘Your Stuff’ is my gatefold double ‘pink vinyl’ of Pink World….maybe you should do a follow-up called ‘Purple World’ since you have gone over the rainbow, back to the Purple Connection…..LOL.

As I stated way back…all in all I didn’t much care for Most of your solo stuff. Some I did, but most not. That doesn’t mean I can’t see past it and not recognize your skills as both a Keyboardist and composer. Overall some very good material, but just not my cup of tea, a lot of it. The Rainbow stuff is where I am at. That is how you got your notoriety and as for me, where it left…..
As a Purple Collector, you fell into that ‘Family Tree’ thing and therefore I couldn’t leave you out of my collection…..he he he.

All kidding aside, I really am hoping that you guys do a record (more for your sake than ours) From the little I’ve heard regarding some live performances and the fact that the band members are a-plus, it would be a crime if your collaboration fell short of an original recording to go down in the annals of this ever growing Purple Tree that is no longer a tree, but a forest….
To let the opportunity escape when such an ensemble has taken form would be wrong, and it would then just wind up a ‘Purple Rainbow Masquerade’.

    Cheers

I bought them too… and btw guys, BN is a Teilman Susato/Rainbow/Purple/folk music tribute band!lol!

    But then without LOL

I had enough of that after the ending of the DTC studio version…..
