Thanks to Steve Campbell for the info.
A slightly squeezed Big Ian gives update on his solo album and wishes everybody Merry Christmas:
Thanks to Steve Campbell for the info.
Gillan looks very old,He seems 70 than 63…
December 18th, 2008 at 20:23If He would have toured much less in his life he should have had a much better voice (as Glenn Hughes)…but He will always be my hero!
“One Eye To Morocco” on Eagle Records
Line up –
MLJ – guitars
Rodney Appleby – bass
Howard Wilson – drums
Recorded in Buffalo, NY and produced by Nick Blagona in Toronto.
The only other musician I can confirm is Joe Mennonna on ‘some’ keyboards.
December 18th, 2008 at 20:25There are others on the album to be announced, Steve Morris is rumoured to be on it as well, but I have yet to confirm it.
Watch this space for more and whoever has infos to add…
There will be an official press release sometime in January and possibly a free online debut airing.(Asylum was supposedly chosen for this, so look for them to air it)
70????? I don’t know what planet you are from, but I don’t know of any 60 year olds that look as young as he does. Naturally anyway……..
I’d say he comes off quite well and is aging very gracefully and truthfully. Hmmm..he states the ‘possibility’ of a new Purple record along with his upcoming solo record. Not bad for a 60-70 year old.
I look very much forward to BOTH!!!!!
Cheers
December 18th, 2008 at 20:32Compare him to younger singers like Plant and Coverdale and he appears more like a man in his early 50’s. Just look at the skin condition between the three of their faces alone for an example.
Thanks again for the constructive input Robert, we know where your heart is, but where’s your head?
December 18th, 2008 at 20:35Quit already with the old man criticism… Have you seen Ian perform? Your my hero Ian, don’t listen to them.
A new DP album would be fantastico!!! I sure hope we can see back in the USA as well… We Miss You DP.
December 18th, 2008 at 21:53Now that was A LOT cooler than the usual pointless inside joke stuff that Caramba TV has been so far. This was a much closer in approach to Peter Gabriel´s monthly “Moon Club Update” Videos, I wish he´d do more like this one.
December 18th, 2008 at 22:47Yeah….He´s a peach! I don´t care if he looks dead, as long as he´s fit enough to record and tour, and bring us great music!!ROCK ON!!!
December 18th, 2008 at 23:36Thank you Ian and wishing the same to you and yours, hope to meet you again sometime, somewhere. Looking forward to both albums whenever they come out.
December 19th, 2008 at 00:19Come now who really cares what Gillan looks like.He still rocks with the best of them.
December 19th, 2008 at 01:52Said in the context of “next year,” the comment “…the possibility of a Deep Purple record at some stage…” is a welcome relief. At least they’re thinking about it.
December 19th, 2008 at 03:51He looks old, he looks young, blah! He looks like Ian Gillan, my favorite singer. I’ve followed Purple and Gillan for years and its always nice to hear from Ian. Never met him but he’s still one of my favorite people. Cheers Ian and rock on.
December 19th, 2008 at 05:54Well T…..
Perhaps that s a cryptical way of saying that MK2 might be back in the studio soon.
December 19th, 2008 at 11:32I am waiting much more the Gillan’s solo album than the now boring Deep purple new album…
December 19th, 2008 at 12:05Gillan looks aged to me but I love him…
Is this a blame?
What is a 63 year old supposed to look like? Considering the business he’s been in his entire life I think he looks great! Happy holidays to all!
December 19th, 2008 at 12:59I guess it’s all relative….
roberto: Please send in a photo of YOU at 63…….My bet is that Gillan has you beat hand over foot….
Priest: Your consistancy never fails……MK2. What an Ass..
Cheers
December 19th, 2008 at 15:49Gillan looks better than he did during some of the 80’s and 90’s……….the ‘fat lad’ look he had!
December 19th, 2008 at 16:53Thank You Mr.Universe: I am waiting for this new “One Eye To Morocco”.
happy’xmas and happy new Year To you,to Yours,to DP!
Cìn Cìn Cheers!!
December 19th, 2008 at 16:54All the best to you, Ian !!!
December 19th, 2008 at 18:00Ian looks great.. wonder how you look Roberto..? 🙂
December 19th, 2008 at 18:06Desperately clutching at straws Priest……You just can´t let go,can you????? Sigh…..It never fucking ends!!
December 20th, 2008 at 00:03I KNEW you guys would climb your horses again, hehehe
December 20th, 2008 at 01:01We didn’t climb the horse, we just stepped on the horse shit.
You know the difference don’t you? No, probably not. Unless it’s MK2 Horse shit………from 20 years ago…..
Otherwise it just don’t matter to you. “Lost in Hollywood”….Oh that’s right, you have never been there. Don’t worry. It ain’t no big thing.
Merry Christmas Mr. Gillan. You have given us plenty to be thankful for over the years. You and DEEP PURPLE!!!!! Look forward to your solo LP and the next Purple record.
Cheers
December 20th, 2008 at 02:07Hallo Ian,
December 20th, 2008 at 10:00Zdrowych, wesołych Świąt i szczęśliwego Nowego Roku…
żczy wierny fan z Polski ( PL).
All the people moaning around about Ian’s appearance are simply envious of his great shape at being 63. THANK YOU IAN FOR ALL THE MUSIC AND THE FANTASTIC 2008 YEAR. If 2009 is to be better, let it be. I’m waiting with sheer anticipation for your solo record as well as new DP album. Merry Christmas to you and yours too. Have a drink on Purple fans. Another devoted fan from Poland. Cheers!
December 20th, 2008 at 11:33Hey I hust gave my opinion!!!
December 20th, 2008 at 12:59I didn’t want to offend someone…
Why you take so personally this opinion???
Writing on a blog you just have to know that you must respect others opinion…
I look very well, yesterday was my 29 years old birthday…but for sure what is important is Gillan voice and not looking(even if I preferred him in 2005 with long hairs…).And as I told before He is and will always be my Hero N.1…
I keep on hateing some aggressive approaches here on this blog…
Ian, you still look great, Ok I miss your long hair, but you are still THE singer of your time (and even now).
December 20th, 2008 at 15:52To you and your family (the real one + Purple)a Merry Christmas and a VERY happy new year!
Roberto, I wish you much more happy birthdays, belatedly. There is no aggression on this blog, but the music counts not his appearance, doesn’t it? Let’s quit discussing how he looks now, just focus on the music he keeps endowing us with.
December 20th, 2008 at 16:05Roberto my belated best wishes to you! We do respect all opinions here, but we don’t necessary agree with all of them. Nice, constructive discussion is always appreciated and I see no agression here, at least not in this thread. Music counts not his appearance. And as long as he keeps endowing us with great tunes, much will be discussed among us.
December 20th, 2008 at 16:10Roberto, my best belated wishes to you! We do respect all opinions here, but we do not necessary agree with all of them. It’s always nice to have nice, constructive discussion. I personally see no agression here, at least not in this thread. Music counts not his appearance. As long as he keeps endowing us with great tunes, much will be discussed here by us, true fans.
December 20th, 2008 at 16:15Roberto, with all due respect, nobody is offended by you, it’s what you say and where it belongs. The intention of the blog certainly isn’t to unnecessarily criticize the artist’s for things that have nothing to do with their art. So it’s also hugely contradictory to mention his appearance yet talk about what you think is “really” important in the same post. It makes you sound more than slightly confused, and it’s also a well known tactic to get people reacting negatively and you should know that. But you keep insisting on doing it, which is beginning to look like that’s your mission here from it’s pattern.
Nothing personal at all, just calling it how I see it, and I see I’m not alone. All I’ve addressed is what you’ve posted, I’m not judging you personally, see that for what it is and you might be less offended by the feedback… just some friendly advice, nothing more… all anyone here knows of you is ‘WHAT’ you post, so thats all you can be possibly judged on.
We’re here to celebrate the artist’s, but we know they’re not beyond reproach, it’s just that we don’t feel this is the platform for anti-support, or most of us anyway. Not to be so serious, but not to unnecessarily play around either, is the balance. You can be humorous without jabbing at the artist or anyone else, but when you use the artist to do so, you’re leaving yourself wide open to debate at the very least.
Is there a point in all of your insults, other than to draw negative attention and count how many of us react to it? It reminds me of trolling for that very purpose… your opinion is respected, just not exactly fair or necessary in it’s nature, so you really should not act like you expect no one to respond to it… again, just advice, but solid as one’s forehead if you ask me.
If people don’t support Purple now just because they have a fixed imagination as to who belongs in the band or which mark is better, they need to just come out say it, instead of trying to mix with those who can handle the reality of the situation and judge it from there… are they still good is the only thing that matters, not whether they measure up to their impossible past or not.(wasted energy is all getting stuck there produces, that’s why DP don’t operate under that mind set and haven’t since April of 1984) Not saying you don’t support them now, but you’ve made your preferences absolutely clear in many posts at THS. Like what you like, but you could benefit from sticking to what you do like and forgetting about what you don’t and not bothering with it at all. The Tommy Bolin book blog comes to mind, sorry if there isn’t enough action there to keep you in that thread, but it seems to be where you have better insight.
Furthermore, don’t underestimate age and it’s wisdom, before you know it, 29 becomes 49 and your foot doesn’t taste so good in your mouth… 49 will be here much faster than you think… then what? (place smiley here)
People who don’t want to be argued with, usually watch what they say and avoid conflict rather than spawn it. So your opinion is not the only opinion here, if you hadn’t noticed already. Aren’t you guilty of exactly what you’re complaining about concerning that?
Cheers, I hope you understand.
December 20th, 2008 at 20:14Wow…WW3 over how a guy looks?
December 20th, 2008 at 22:40Anyways, I so hope that a new album comes out! I want it
sooooooo bad, like the new solo album….
Merry Christmas too Mr.Gillan!
P.S. Crimsiom Ghost is soooo right! 🙂
Oh,like Bo me too I miss Gillan’s long hair!
December 21st, 2008 at 10:48😉
Yeah, after all that hair sang like a dream, the short grey look is just too preppy and honest, and the strands aren’t long enough to carry a melody.lol! Ian Gillan is quite an original, the first man with singing hair.
December 21st, 2008 at 12:26Happy Christmas too Ian and to your family, still and always my favourite singer, long may Purple reign, looking forward to the new album immensly… take care …
December 21st, 2008 at 13:24So I am not the only one that prefer Gillan with long hairs…but I as I told before I hope Gillan will still be able to sing high notes because I don’t care too much of his looking.
December 21st, 2008 at 16:57Crimson Ghost I am not here to celebrate these artists,I am not a blind fan…I listen than I evaluate. I can’t accept anything they do,as probably you do, because I love them and I want the best from them…I criticize because I spend my money for them…I am jelous of my rating and thinking…I am here to get info and to give my opinions…
+ You wrote things that I don’t think and you put in my mouth…
And remember that there are immature people at 49 and mature at 29…
you are not able to receive criticism as probably Gillan is…
There was once a joke in KERRANG in the aerly 80 s
The UK based heavy rock magazine, which later became totally uninteresting because they switched from music to garbage, drew a comparison between Ritchie and Ian because of their hair.
It were the days Ritchies hair suddenly improved and the speculations about whigs and hairtransplantations became plenty.
Ian Gillan ofcourse ran around with hair that only seemed to get thicker and thicker.
KERRANG said ….Why cant he, RB, not grow old gracefully like Ian Gillan?
I never will know probably if it was a transplant or a whig but it sure looks better than being bald.
Not everyone without hair look bad ofcourse, some even improve.
It s my guess IG lost weight a bit too fast in a short time combined with age and that makes you look older, unfortunately.
Just a case of doing something too late.
Yeah, I know we should have something better to do than talking about hair.
BTW, why is JLT always being picked upon so much about his appearance while David Coverdale gets away with the same behaviour?
It seems to me DC does put a lot of effort in his looks.
Noone ever said he was gay, poofy or something.
It reminds me of people around me suggesting there s something too feminine in a man the moment he wears long hair.
December 21st, 2008 at 17:47Even more strange that those kinda macho people appear here on board as well.
You know who you are.
Roberto Roberto… must you go into your tough boy routine because you can’t handle what you’re you’re getting yourself into.
Don’t talk to me about what you’ve spent on them, you have no idea who you’re dealing with in order to go there anyway, if you really are a supporter then you’d approach discussions differently, you can be as disgruntled of a customer as you see fit, but you don’t have to make petty insults about them, they don’t owe you that right, it’s just plain immature. But whatever turns you on, tough boy always looking for a victim for your cause.
I didn’t think you’d understand, but I gave you the benefit of the doubt anyway… yeah, I know, that’s 29 for ya, hopefully for your sake you’ll grow out of that, but confine the chest beating to your bathroom mirror and learn how to handle your business with better care.
Priest, don’t confuse more knowleagable folks with macheesmo, funny you should mention that, you must be talking about Roberto, everyone’s mate here. Knowing more than you and being constructive by way of informing the blog does not constitute such a thing. Btw, bonafide fact for you, Ritchie wears a full hair piece, whats known by most as a “wig.” Not to mention his pal JLT wears one too, but he can’t grow hair on his head, so age has nothing to do with it. Just call them “The Wiggies” if you will…
December 21st, 2008 at 18:57But that’s a good one to bring up, because most who bash Gillan either hate DP in general or they’re just stuck up Blackmore’s bum and like to throw stones in the direction of those who clearly don’t appear to be. So, if Gillan’s hair is such an issue guys, how about your beloved Ritchie? You know, Mr.Perfect Stranger, talk about a vein son of a gun, the guy has serious identity issues.
Knowing more than you and being constructive by way of informing the blog does not not constitute such a thing.
I dont remember having referred to you concerning machismo.
Did I?
Mor knowleagable folks than you……
It seems to me that you are the one who seems very content with him self.
I looked up Occams Razor
After my last post, which is not logical I know.
It reminded me of the days I had a huge intererest in Philosophy and related stuff.
I must admit I only sctratched the surface where I really wanted to dive deep.
So you can try to silence me anytime you wish with that advantage you seem to have.
If it helps, I m not sure. I m kinda stubborn.
Some sentences in your post I can t understand really, so if you think I m ignoring them, thats not the case.
Just a case of a bit too complicated for me right now, maybe another day.
Is Occams Razor not about keeping it as simple as possible?
December 21st, 2008 at 21:40Crimson ghost you spit sentences while I am trying to be constructive despite my english…(I never insult someone as you do…)
December 21st, 2008 at 22:11Roberto! I don´t know what you useally put in your mouth….and I don´t wanna know! What I do know is that you often misinterpet or misunderstand things….try and read again
Priest….Bald to be wild….or maybe hair today,gone tomorrow!!!If you´re going bald…..accept it like a man!!ROCK ON!
December 21st, 2008 at 22:54The level is not getting any better
But…..ok…….
Here is the thing…..
I m 43 and still have a lot of hair, long and so on.
Sometimes I m kinda proud of it , originally IG was my example to do so
On the other hand, I did cut it it very short sometimes …just got bored with the long hair thing…..like IG used to do and even shorter…..I shaved everything…..
Then I grew it back…whats a bored man supposed to do?
I never noticed any changes in personality doing that
So, indeed, wtf are we arguing about?
December 21st, 2008 at 23:17Ask yourself that Priest.
Roberto, I was reasonable with you, you just don’t like being shown yourself to.
December 21st, 2008 at 23:33In your prior post to me you proceeded to put up your dukes for all to see, and that’s what I addressed, if I wanted to insult you with no sympathy, believe me, I wouldn’t bother spelling anything out to you, I’d just call you names and leave it at that, so easy, but I took the courtesy to explain. Stefan even pointed out your tendancy to misenterpret.
ahahah Stefan you are funny!!
December 21st, 2008 at 23:39I hope I will never put on my mouth something strange…or too big!!!!
Crimson Ghost,
Ok thanks.
Happy Crhistmas to everyone and to every Gillan fans
He is the nearest person to Angels singing…
Priest!
No argue here….Just a philosophic reasoning with myself! Like you I´m blessed with a thick mane, and despite my age(46 next month) I still all of intact!
I once had a haircut beacuse of a woman….boy did I regret that!!!!Women sometimes makes us do stupid things beacuse we´re morons and in love, and maybe beacuse we think with our dicks!!
Sure one can play hard rock & heavy metal being bald,it just looks silly! For those of us who grew up in the golden age of music(the seventies)and saw posters, pictures and gigs of our heroes….it just looks plain wrong!!!
Every time I see “California jam” and the mane of Glenn Hughes I get envious as hell….WOW, that´s a mane for the lion king, and it´s cool as f**k to see him toss and turn all that hair in the air!!
In all honesty….I´d rather see Blackmore in a wig anyday opposed to a shiny bald moon!!
Roberto! Just taking the piss….glad you hold no grudge!!ROCK ON!
December 22nd, 2008 at 00:37Sometimes appearances can’t be helped, it’s the talent that does the business at the end of the day. They could go out in drag like the Peppers or the Dolls and they’d still blow them off stage.
Roberto, way to go, happy holidays to you and all, and THS and their staff.
December 22nd, 2008 at 00:58don’t worry # 5 Ian is not looking or reading all that shit he got better things to do.
December 22nd, 2008 at 07:28now I can tell you everyone that if I look like Ian when I’ll be 63 (no fat no tummy et.c) I will be the most happy man on earth. merry xmas all the DP FAMILY. long live DP.
PS. Come to australia one day and you will see people in their 40/50 looking like Ian….
‘Tis the season’………and all that crap
Dont you just love it………
From a Merry Xmas message………to hair length, hair colour, hair cuts, wigs, Coverdale, foot and mouth, horse shit, Parsimony hypothesis, Blackmore, and even a smattering of JLT…..guess who introduced the last 2?
Do you think we might be able to stay on topic next year…………Nah…….Lets hope not!!
December 22nd, 2008 at 09:18#45 Rascal
why are you so serious?
yes,
once more
I like to say I’d like to see Gillan with Long Hair, but everybody knows that it is not important at the end he cuts…it is only a rock’n’roll discussion, nothing more.
always I have loved Gillan,he belongs to my sphere of imagination, he remains one of my point of reference constant in my life … sometimes when we talk so as to be talking directly with Gillan, as we joke between friends, in front of a glass of beer …
He is a symbol, certainly for many people, sometimes we would perform with these confidences as we could to speak to our best friend..
it is so easy…
cheers
December 22nd, 2008 at 10:24AndreA
Me………….serious?? Your assumptions are a mile wide of the target……
I think the last three words of my post #45 sum up my how serious I am.
Maybe the seriousness of your ‘Gillan’ worship is more like the issue.
I on the other hand enjoy his singing, end of story. His hair, clothes, lifestyle, religon, anecdotes, political views, etc are of no interest to me whatsoever.
Serious??? I guess it just all lost in translation…
December 22nd, 2008 at 11:27I was sure to misunderstand your last words
“Do you think we might be able to stay on topic next year…………”
sometime I have to admit to be a crap..even if my surname is Horse..
and of course I love Painted Horse with his harmonic..
ciao Rascal
December 22nd, 2008 at 16:18sorry
cheers
Let’s say sincerely,
Ian Gillan, in comparison with other singers of his age, looks extremely old and sick.
Compare him to Mick Jagger, David Coverdale, Glen Hughes, Joe Lynn Turner. they look like young boys, and Gillan looks like old white and sick man…
I don’t say this about his vocals, Gillan still sounds great… much more great than Mick, Joe and David… But Glen is 10 times better now, that Gillan../ this is the sad reality 🙁
December 23rd, 2008 at 09:53Beauty is in the eye of the beholder
And when I behold Mick Jagger……’beauty’ is the last thing that crosses my mind!
He has a face like a jelly-fish in a string bag
December 23rd, 2008 at 11:42On this video he looks tired but on some nowdays photos He looks cool…
December 23rd, 2008 at 13:26@ George, that’s ridiculous, he looks better than he sounds, sincerely.
December 23rd, 2008 at 14:16I’ll have a $30 bag of whatever it is you’re enjoying, lol!
Lets face it…..JLT is plastered in make-up, and lipstick……….its difficult to say if he looks good or not!
December 23rd, 2008 at 15:27ahahaha that’s true but Coverdale too did something to his face in the past…
December 23rd, 2008 at 19:07I hope the disadvantages of plastic surgery or side effects, so to speak, are gone the day I ll desperately going to want it.
Right now everything seems fine and dandy but time is without mercy.
Never smoked, drank not too much, never got into drugs, did lots of sport since I was 20 but…..
You can only do so much without unnatural help
Oh shit, [I forgot, I like eating too much and recently drinking wine became a habit.
Well, I m still far away from that truck of tobacco.
December 23rd, 2008 at 22:23When you start out looking like Mick Jagger, it ain’t hard to age well. Hell, he improved over the years. Ugliest dude I know of…..Coverdale had work done, Glenn Hughes?….I don’t know. He looks a little ‘Funky’ to me….JLT….MAKE-UP!!!!
Anyway, Who Give’s a toss, unless you are looking for a Toss in the sack with them, and then if my memory serves well…..Looks aren’t how they get laid….it’s the ‘StarStruck Groupies’ that prove that. Jagger is proof. Probably the ugliest singer in the business and he has had more pussy and dick than any of them……
Roberto, you aren’t looking for a ‘Toss’ are you? Hmmmm?
Cheers
December 24th, 2008 at 03:55purplepriest1965 !
you made sport but you stopped at 20? too soon! why…
At dinner always I drink wine,I consider wine as a sacred, a gift from the earth, his blood for us,I love it (red wine ,never white ,never sparkling)
cin cin cheers
December 24th, 2008 at 07:27Long Live to the Red Wine!!!the only Holy Drink!!!particulary ‘lacrima di morro d’alba’
December 24th, 2008 at 13:16and if you drink too much you will never need hair of the dog(except if you are a Nazareth fan as I am…)
I found a message on deep-purple.net which says that Ian Gillan will perform with the Prague Philharmonic Orchestra in Graefenhainichen, Germany, September 4th, 8pm. Here’s the link to a copy of the message I made.

You misread or translated wrong
Before my 20th Birthday I REALLY loathed sports!!!
Around and since that age I disciplined myself with fitness and jogging because I hated being too fat.
It always stayed a returning problem issue because I like to eat and espescially when having the blues but I almost never did quit working out.
In the last two years I mixed fitness, BodyBalance and lots of swimming……preferebly ending with sauna, tea and newspapers.
I KNOW appearance is not everything but some kind of selfcontrol helps, I think.
December 24th, 2008 at 18:33Apart from that, having the genetics for diabetes and heartfailure also helps to stay ,motivated.
The Battle Rages On!
Ahhhh yes….Red Red Wine. A fine Merlot seems to please my pallet the most. Of course next to “Whiskey and Vodka”. Then of course “Arrogant Bastard Ale”. Not necessarily in that order either. Depends on what is at hand and what is happening……
OK then, that did the trick. Time to dig into the cabinet and see what lurks at first grab….
Cheers
December 24th, 2008 at 18:38Roberto
I have had only 1 drink yet
In that clip I cant see IG
December 24th, 2008 at 18:38Merry Christmas to all Deep Purple fans everywhere, especially the regulars on this site.
December 24th, 2008 at 22:28Cheers and be Safe!
“Arrogant Bastard Ale”
Hilarious!
Drinks of choice are Vodka, quality wine or port, and import beer.
This evening I’m treating myself to at least one full bottle of quality, Sandemans Port!(I’ll be a glutton, it’s not all that cheap)
Cheers to my dying father with not much longer to live!
Merry Christmas
December 25th, 2008 at 00:17you can’t watch him…but you can hear him…
December 25th, 2008 at 12:02recorded during a drunken night with pretty maids…
Gillan do the screams and the ‘tenor’ part…
If that isn’t Gillan @0:35, then who do you think it is?
December 25th, 2008 at 13:37Merry Jingle it would be.
You?
December 25th, 2008 at 23:21Happy Christmas to Ian, your family, the band and everyone! Rock on!
December 26th, 2008 at 17:49@ Very funny Priest, I see why you’d think so, but he isn’t even my favorite singer to tell you the truth, I don’t do this stuff concerning that artist, as I don’t collect that artists records nor compile that artist’s history or run websites dedicated to him.
That is most certainly Ian Gillan @0:53
December 26th, 2008 at 21:15I was just being bored, sorry I could not make up something better.
December 27th, 2008 at 01:25Those eyes, definitely in a drunken stupor.

????????????????????? > Ian Gillan @0:53 ????????
December 27th, 2008 at 13:59That’s right, Ian Gillan. Use what you see of his in the clip and you’ll “see.” The cam zooms in on his eyes, use yours and you’ll see that. Pretty Maids actually have a bunch of scrap party footage with Ian in it.
December 27th, 2008 at 20:24Correction, make that 0:35 as I clearly jumbled that one! lol!
December 27th, 2008 at 20:30Got it half right anyway, that is Ian, if it isn’t I’m the actual Crimson Ghost and this is my second coming…. look again. Sorry for the confusion.
So you’re dyslexic…..LOL……
By the way, it is Gillan. I have the original pressing. Credit is given….
Now if you’ll excuse me, I just opened my first bottle of ‘Lion’ Stout. Something new for the Holidays…Once this one is guzzled there are 5 to go…….working on becoming dyslexic like ‘Ghost Crimson’….uh oh………too late.
Ci Ci Everyone
December 29th, 2008 at 23:47Ever multi task?
December 30th, 2008 at 15:58Why of course……’Lion’ Stout in one hand while using my one little finger typing this BS with the other….LOL
Oh, did I mention that I’m also chewing gum?
Cheers
December 30th, 2008 at 16:40Now set those toys down, spit your gum out and rub your belly with one hand and the top of your head with the other hand at the same time. lol!

Has anyone ever looked at Ian’s blue eyes? On one of my many DVD’s, he’s singing When A Blind Man Cries, and when the stage light hits his eye…WOW!! Now, what’s that old saying, ” When a man ages, he only gets better-looking”??????? Ian Gillan, if you ever read this, let me say you look marvelous!
