Gillan’s drawing on eBay
Ian Gillan has donated a sketch drawing to the Dorset Wildlife Trust and it is now being auctioned on eBay to raise funds for the charity.
Thanks to Steve Campbell of Caramba, Brent of DP Hub and everyone else who sent this info.
Haha) Just like me in school))))
November 6th, 2007 at 09:07Sketch drawing? Mmmmmmmm……………………really?
November 6th, 2007 at 10:02I never knew IG is such a multitalented artist. What an impressive fly that is.
November 6th, 2007 at 11:36In kindergarten, rather 🙂
November 6th, 2007 at 18:17Good thing he’s a singer, and not an artist!
November 6th, 2007 at 18:38Super original concept. Simple, clear and direct: Fragile nature needs help. About mail Seven-47, Unill this day, we thought a singer and songwriter like Ian, IS an artist…no? Everybody’s taste is different, but above all, don’t forget the purpose and the intention of the drawing!
November 6th, 2007 at 22:01Whaterever he´s on………..I´ll take two!!!
November 6th, 2007 at 23:49My wife has the Monterey Pop ’67 poster done by the Beatles. It’s not exactly a masterpiece, either–but that isn’t the point.
It’s not what the piece is showing or even its artistic merit–it’s who did it. It would be as if one found a Beethoven doodle in the margin of the E-flat concerto or something.
Give the guy a break–it’s for charity. And who among us wouldn’t take it if we could have it for free?
November 7th, 2007 at 04:14Can anybody shed any light of ‘Caramba TV’?
The point of this is what?
Anyone? Anyone?
November 7th, 2007 at 09:36Dear Stupid Cranberry Series …
November 7th, 2007 at 13:07The ‘point’ of Caramba TV is to possess humour and fantasy to enjoy it! Your echoing ‘anyone’ make the wrong impression that it is hard to find such people…Try a little sugar, cranberries are hard the other way.
Thank God he is a singer……
November 7th, 2007 at 15:27Ian, Ian…how pathetic.
November 7th, 2007 at 16:03Dear ECMT
Many thanks for your explanation. I can now try to disregard how pointless ‘Caramba TV’ is, and get on laughing myself silly over it!!
Hilarous. Anyone agree???
Anyone? Anyone?
November 7th, 2007 at 17:13Cranberry
You are not giving the wrong impression again are you?
I guess you can sell any crap on ebay!
November 7th, 2007 at 17:19A little wonderful drawing, as innocent and touching as it is clever, from an artist, a gentle man and a good soul. Thank you Ian. (and by the way, thank you all DP for every note)
November 7th, 2007 at 22:20Cranberries never observe …
You can step in the shoes of a traveller yourself on ‘Caramba TV’. It’s surprising to watch those bizarre spots and absurde things. Provided with the witty comment it strange and funny!Still not for you? Only one solution… a culinary series …Cranberries on alcohol? CHEERS !!!
Cranberries never observe…This column is not about ‘Caramba TV’, but about drawing-comment.
November 8th, 2007 at 09:58Well, de gustibus et coloribus non est disputandum… but I like this pic.
November 8th, 2007 at 13:35A great vocalist and a wonderful star, but what a disappointing drawing. Why not give a sum to the charity and do a drawing from your children? (Sorry Ian).
November 9th, 2007 at 23:27Peraps he gave a sum already, this stays here anonymus. But that way is easy. We think the more publicity for the purpose, the better. The drawing calls the attention from the people on this matter.
November 10th, 2007 at 13:18By the way,we love the drawing!
Cranberries always observe………………….no solution required!
November 13th, 2007 at 09:06This column is not about ‘Caramba TV’, but about drawing-comment.
MMMmmm ‘drawing comment’……………..interesting
Well if its anything like ‘drawing a butterfly’……………………we are screwed!
November 14th, 2007 at 17:28Rascal
Who the hell is ‘WE’ ??? Please don’t put your own opinions in the mouth of someone else!
November 16th, 2007 at 21:57Rascal !
We and many others certainly don’t belong to your misleading ‘WE’ !!!
November 19th, 2007 at 11:16Speak for yourself!

November 20th, 2007 at 08:43What have I told you rascal?
Never ever put anything in someone elses mouth. Unless of course you know where their mouth has been!
Must be the royal ‘WE’
