    Just received my copy the other day from the UK, the cd and the bd edition, as soon as i began to play the bluray part of the concert, gee it really did bring a tear to my eyes, it’s quite moving too, with Jon and the ensemble you cannot help yourself but to be drawn in, by the scale of the music, and what went into Jon’s final performance, a heart warming concert that will never be forgotten in my time. At the back of the booklet is a lovely eulogy from Jon’s family and a brilliant photo of Jon, which also brings a little tear, a big thanks from everyone involved.
