Guitars, amps, cabinets, pedals, and picks
Steve Morse takes you on an extensive video tour of his rig: the Musicman #1, the Y2D, Engl heads and cabinets, and TC Electronics pedals. On a side note, the video also reveals that the glove he’s been wearing recently on his right hand helps him to control inflammation from arthritis.
Thanks to Premier Guitar for the video.
Always a treat to listen to Steve. I’ve never seen him less than affable in every interview, conversations at gigs etc. He dug how the interviewer had at least somewhat of a clue about all the tech stuff….
The arthritis thing gets scarier. Witness Alex Lifeson…. :<

Yeah… I love this!
Very educational and, too me, quite incredible how many nuances Steve is able to create. And he is a joy to listen to in an interview.
I have to say I don’t always like Steve’s (playing) tone – there are times when it can be muddy and amorphous. I suppose that’s the potential downside when you can play one instrument to sound like you’re playing the whole orchestra!
However, there is no mistaking either Steve’s very distinctive presence in the music or his utter brilliance as an artist. He is unique, instantly recognisable and an enormous talent.
