Hip Boots
The new track premiered live this Sunday in Łódź is called Hip Boots. And judging from the setlist, the new guitar instrumental was an impromptu thing thrown in at the last moment in lieu of Contact Lost.

The word is “Your.” As you would never tell anyone to “Get On Hip Boots.” I hope it was better in person, as the ideas aren’t easy to make out from the Blabbermouth angle, it sounds mid-tempo, repetitive and familiar.

the new tune is get on hip boots. and yes set was tweaked and i dont see whats so terribly wrong w that. xcept that opener is no more fireball or star, demons eye is in instead of into the fire and stranges are now battle. only silly thing is excluding star and including bananas instead of lazy. all else more or less balanced still. if i was doing the set id take out a few more and incl some other but it doesnt work that way, bravo for tweaking sets so that ppl get to hear sth else too. and kudos for new album in work people gilan turned 70 so….be happy they still roll there wont be many bands of now who will stand the test of time and make good music in 30 years from now
October 29th, 2015 at 01:05Great selection of songs. Nice to see Demon’s Eye, Battle Rages On and Mule back, but I still don’t get why they don’t put Sometimes I Feel Like Screaming in the set. Also, I think we could do without Hard Lovin’ Man, but maybe that’s just me.
That being said, I hope Uncommon Man stays a staple for the hopefully many concerts to come.
